While on your travels,
you may want to bring something along with you
to occupy your time during a long flight, train
or ferry ride. A single deck of cards is
perhaps the simplest thing to bring with you as
they are lightweight and take up little space
in your pack while providing countless gaming
possibilities.
There are virtually
unlimited possibilities when it comes to
bringing games with you such as miniaturized
versions of Chess, Checkers and Backgammon.

Cards
Nothing beats a
simple game of cards to pass the time
while on your travels.
Everyone knows a few basic card games
but our advice is to find some new games
and print the rules to give you some
alternatives.

Pass the Pigs
For something
different, try this game where instead
of rolling dice, you role a couple of
pigs.
The game
inexpensive, fun and simple to play,
especially for kids. It's
available in a small travel size
enclosing the pigs, score cards and
scoring table.
The Basic
Rules
- Play to a
pre-set number of points
- Roll the
pigs and depending on how the pigs
land, you will obtain points
- Consult the
scoring card for pig position points
- Decide to
continue rolling or 'Pass the Pigs'
to the next player (certain rolls
will cause you to loose your points)
