Your email address is your account id. When you create your account, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your email address. Your email must be confirmed to access the Mobile Trip Profile and other functionality. |

Passwords must be 8-15 characters in length. We are not enforcing strict passwords rules other than the length, but your password should contain both upper and lower case characters and a mix of alpha, numeric and special characters. |

| Safe Computer: |
If the computer you are using is in a safe environment such as your home and not a public location, you can check the 'Safe Computer' box to maintain your logon session when you close your browser. You will not be required to log back in when you access the website. The 'Safe' text indicator will display if you have logged in using the 'Safe Computer' mode. Logging off will clear the setting. |
